Job Description
Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time Team Leader on site at our Convenience Store/Gas Bar location in La Ronge, Saskatchewan.

What You Will Do:

Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Build and lead a high-performance team that delivers on budgeted targets by maximizing operational efficiency, providing quality services and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Provide superior leadership to team members through coaching, mentoring, performance management and feedback.
Ensure inventories are managed and protected in compliance with management standards and practices to maintain high levels of accuracy and minimal loss.
Ensure the department is displaying, stocking, and rotating merchandise as per company policy and standard with a focus on maintaining image and brand standards.
Become familiar with and adhere to Lake Country Co-op policies such as selling of age restricted items and all government regulations relating to tobacco and lottery.
Oversee the completion of daily reports, reconciliations, and purchases.
Champion the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, procedures.
Perform minor repairs to assets as required.
Perform all other duties as required.
You have 3-5 years of Retail Convenience Store management experience
You have a valid Class 5 license and must have reliable vehicle for daily trips in the La Ronge area; you will be reimbursed by Lake Country Co-op for business related expenses.
You can fulfill the physical job requirements, standing, working outside and inside, lifting up to 25 lbs.
You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
